Small Green Yoshi Plush from Sanei Super Mario All Star Collection
Yoshi, a member of the Yoshi race, is one of the heroes of Mushroom World and an ally of Mario and Luigi. He has aided his brethren in saving their homeland on multiple occasions and has also saved other kingdoms from the villain Bowser. In his youth, Yoshi managed to rescue and protect Baby Mario and Baby Luigi from the wrath of Kamek and the Koopa Troop.
According to Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Yoshi is the only one of his species who can speak the human language. However, in later games, such as Mario Superstar Baseball and Mario Super Sluggers, he doesn't speak the human language. This contradiction is once again addressed in Super Mario Galaxy 2, where Yoshi speaks in perfect English.
Yoshi made his very first appearance, game-wise, in the Super Mario World level, Yoshi's Island 2. The Official Super Mario All Star Collection Plush by Sanei is a cute and collectible item that is soft and cuddly, with limited availability. The approximate size of the plush is 4"L x 6"W x 8"H.
